"I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of service I have experienced from everyone here so far! Coming from a very large insurance company, where before, I didn't have a specific agent and it took days to receive any information, everyone I have interacted with here has been extremely helpful and provides very thorough (and pleasant) follow ups to any issues or questions! I haven't had any experience with claims yet (and hopefully won't), but I'm sure if I ever needed them, I would receive exceptional service on that end. So glad I found them and switched over!"

"I don’t care who you are and where you’re from. If you need full coverage in DFW and don’t want to overpay for insurance , give Naomi a call @ Britney Thrash-State Farm. I personally saved over $150 a month by switching. She provided one of the best painless customer service experiences ever and you know how bad customer service has been lately (ahem AT&T). So What are you waiting for? No need to waste time filling out the same info on different sites that won’t help. Just call Naomi and give praise to Jesus. Amen!"
